Flotech engineered the One Voice 27 Pastoral Visitation Management System — connecting shepherds to members with geofence-verified home visits, confidential care notes, WhatsApp notifications, and conference-level accountability dashboards.
The One Voice 27 conference network launched this initiative to ensure every member receives personal pastoral care on the road to September 2027. Manual visit logs and phone follow-ups could not scale across churches, pastors, and thousands of households — nor could leadership verify that visits actually happened at members' registered homes.
The conference needed a system that respected confidentiality, worked on mobile devices in the field, integrated with digital mission outreach, and gave administrators exportable oversight without reducing people to statistics.
SHEPHERD360 (One Voice 27 Pastoral Visitation Management System) combines a shepherd-facing mobile workflow with web dashboards for conference administrators. A visit is only confirmed when the pastor is physically present at the member's registered home location — verified through GPS geofencing — then explicitly confirmed in the app.
SHEPHERD360 gives pastors a clear view of who is due, overdue, in crisis, newly baptised, or reached through digital mission — while conference leaders monitor churches, categories, and overdue care with exportable reports. The platform supports the Adventist Church's 2025–2030 strategic pillars under the One Voice 27 movement.

Geofencing is not just for logistics — it enables trustworthy field operations wherever physical presence matters. Flotech applies the same location intelligence used in GIS and navigation projects to pastoral care, inspections, and service delivery apps worldwide.
We build field-ready apps with geofencing, offline sync, notifications, and admin dashboards.
